If you have a time you need to pick up by, please put in the notes upon booking otherwise we will not accommodate same day request. All clients are notified when their pet is ready & we ask that you not continuously call or show up as this makes groomers feel rushed and your pet may get overly excited thinking they are going home.

I DO NOT give out times! This is because I specialize with dogs that have anxiety, trauma, or may have temperamental problems.
These special pups require time and patience to make sure they have a good experience.
Our desheds also take time as well as our dogs that are matted.

You may however, request a pick-up time when making your appointment.
We include daycare for those that are friendly, special suites that are calm for our anxiety dogs, as well as two 10-15 individual walks during their stay.
